Printed Retail and POS Display Planning Guides
Plan printed retail displays around the message position and the way campaign information changes. Begin with the store layout, existing fixtures and print formats. Then connect each location, quantity and approved artwork version to a clear specification. This is useful for one shop and becomes especially important when several stores share a campaign.
The guides here cover physical printed POS, frames, A-boards and related display hardware. They do not describe digital-screen software. Services such as separate deliveries, installation and location-specific packing should be requested and confirmed in the quotation.
Map the positions before selecting fixtures
Identify entrance, window, queue, wall and shelf positions separately. Record where a customer first sees the message and where they can stop to read further information. Keep the complete fixture footprint and the visitor route usable rather than selecting the largest available graphic for every location.
For existing fixtures, record the model and orientation and photograph the way the graphic is held. The visible face, finished print and outside hardware dimensions answer different questions. An unexplained format label can leave a printer and store team working from different assumptions.
Choose the poster-replacement workflow
Use the poster-frame campaign change guide to compare opening frames, hanging rails and lockable cases. Record how often the message changes, who performs the replacement and which access or fixing arrangement is available.
Snap Frames 25 mm offers different formats and finishes. Poster Rails and Hangers serves another installation method. Lockable Poster Cases adds a controlled-opening workflow. Confirm the selected fixture's environment and supply scope; appearance alone does not establish poster protection or outdoor suitability.
Treat pavement signs as complete fixtures
The A-board buying guide connects position, poster format, base and handling. A sign placed beside a queue is a different use from one at an exposed entrance. Check where it can stand, who moves it and where it is stored when not in use.
Compare A-Boards 25 mm and A-Boards with Water Base using the actual variants and their instructions. Confirm print faces, covers, filling or ballast requirements and permitted use. The base name is not a substitute for a complete installation specification.
Make illuminated displays a separate print decision
For a suitable indoor illuminated format, compare LED Snap Frames 30mm with the ordinary poster fixtures. Review power availability, position and the required print media before approving graphics. A poster intended for a non-illuminated frame is not automatically the correct lightbox print.
If the proposal uses a textile lightbox, identify its frame, panel dimensions and graphic fixing. The SEG guides cover technical compatibility. Keep the model and production template with the approved artwork so later campaigns can be checked against the installed equipment.
Organise the campaign across locations
Use the printed POS rollout checklist to prepare stable store identifiers, positions, formats, quantities and artwork versions. Separate shared graphics from local prices, hours, language or other details. Record approval against the exact file version produced for each location.
Count hardware, print faces and any separate fittings consistently. A combined total should reconcile with store allocations. Where locations have different constraints, keep the exceptions visible instead of allowing them to disappear into a repeated general specification.
Retain a useful specification for the next campaign
Check a representative installation and keep photographs of the fixture and displayed graphic. Record product references, orientation and template versions. Confirm that the team can replace the information in the intended installed position before repeating the order widely.
For the next campaign, update the graphics and local information while reviewing the condition of existing hardware. Keep missing or damaged components separate from replacement prints. Browse Signage and POS and send the location matrix with campaign dates, quantities and receiving countries so the complete order scope can be checked.

Choosing A Boards for Indoor and Outdoor Use
Choose an A-board by its position, poster format, base arrangement and daily handling routine. An indoor entrance sign and an outdoor pavement sign have different requirements, even when they display the same message.

Choose a poster system by the way the print will be replaced, the surface where it is installed and the distance from which the message is read. A snap frame, hanging rail and lockable case solve different jobs.
