A notice board without a lock is a message board for whoever walks past. These are glazed and lockable, so what is on the board is what was put there, and it is still there next week. The case has an anodised aluminium frame for durability and corrosion resistance, a clear plexiglass front for visibility and content protection, and a classic silver finish that sits quietly against most interiors and building exteriors.
Two formats. A1 suits a corridor, a staff room, a reception wall or a single-purpose board that carries one notice at a time. A0 is the size to choose when the board has to hold several documents at once — a rota beside a safety notice beside a site plan — because splitting that content across two A1 cases costs more, uses more wall and reads worse. Judge by how many sheets have to be visible simultaneously, not by how much wall you have.
The rear wall is metal sheet covered with felt, so notices go up with push pins rather than tape or magnets. There is a small gap between the plexiglass front and the display surface, which lets slightly raised items sit safely without pressing against the glazing. The case opens on a hinge instead of lifting off, so one person can change the contents standing in front of it — worth more than it sounds when the board is above head height or in a busy corridor.
Both. The case is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, and the anodised frame is the reason. Outdoors, the lock stops more than tampering: it keeps the contents dry and stops paper lifting in wind. Mount it to the wall on the supplied fixings, and think about where sunlight falls before you commit — a glazed front facing direct low sun is hard to read at exactly the hours people walk past.

An open board is a board anyone can add to. Glazing plus a lock means what is on display is what was put there — necessary for statutory notices, rotas and anything with a legal or safety function.
Both. A gap between the plexiglass and the frame lets the case breathe so condensation does not sit on the notices, which is what makes the outdoor use practical rather than theoretical.
