A velcro wall is a straight pop-up backdrop whose entire face is hook-and-loop, so printed panels attach anywhere on it and are rearranged on site without tools. It solves the recurring cost of exhibiting: instead of reprinting a whole backdrop because one sponsor, one product or one message changed, you reprint the panel that changed.
Both are 3 m high. 3×3 m is the standard exhibition backdrop and fits the common three metre stand plot with room for the frame. 4×3 m fills a wider plot, covers a corner position or gives space for two distinct zones on one wall — brand on one side, product on the other. Choose by the plot you have booked, not by the artwork you already own, and check the build height allowed in the hall before assuming 3 m clears. If you exhibit at plots of different widths through the year, the wider wall used with fewer panels is more flexible than owning two walls.
A single printed skin is cheaper once and expensive forever. Hook-and-loop lets the same frame carry sponsor panels at one event, product panels at the next and a plain logo wall at a conference, with panels moved, swapped or dropped in the hour before doors open. It also survives the late change that always happens: a partner pulls out, a product name changes, a panel is damaged in transit. The cost is discipline — panels have to be labelled and packed in a fixed order, or setting up becomes a jigsaw done by people who have never seen the layout.
The frame is a lightweight folding scissor structure that opens into a stable base, and the whole system packs into its transport bag, so it travels as luggage rather than as freight. Supply artwork at a minimum of 150 dpi, in CMYK, at 1:1 scale, with fonts converted into curves, as tiff, jpg or pdf. Design each panel to stand alone. Keep logos and headlines clear of panel edges, because panel positions shift slightly between builds and a message split across two panels will eventually be assembled a centimetre out.

The whole wall is hook-and-loop, so graphic panels attach anywhere on it and are rearranged on site without tools. A backdrop that changes between the morning session and the afternoon one.
Height is the same; the difference is width. 3x3 fits a standard stand back wall, 4x3 covers a wider opening or gives room for a counter in front without crowding the graphic.
It is a pop-up system — the frame expands and locks, which is why it is the wall chosen where preparation time is the constraint.
