    Description

A magnetic poster frame has no visible fixing on the printed face. The front film lifts off magnetically, the poster goes in, the film drops back and the magnets close it. The result is a poster on a wall with nothing around it but a thin edge — and a graphic change that takes about ten seconds.

How it is fixed, and where that works

The frame mounts with a transparent adhesive layer on the back: stick it to the chosen surface and it is ready to use. No drilling means it works where drilling is not allowed or not wanted — rented offices, glass partitions, lift interiors, painted joinery, shop fittings you have to hand back intact. It also means the surface decides whether the frame stays up. Clean, smooth and flat is what the adhesive wants. Textured wallpaper, rough plaster, dusty surfaces and fresh paint are where these fail, and they fail days later rather than immediately. Mark the position with tape and check it by eye first: the adhesive gives you one attempt, so measure twice and stick once.

    A3 or A4

A3 for a counter, a lift lobby or a corridor read at arm’s length — enough size for a headline plus an image. A4 for a desk, a door, a shelf edge or a lift interior, where the reader is close and the wall space is small. A run of A4 frames at even spacing reads as a system; a single A3 reads as a notice. If the content changes weekly, this format beats any snap frame on speed, because nothing has to be unclipped and nothing hinges out into the walkway.

    Black or silver

Black frames sit better on light walls, white joinery and pale retail interiors, and they give the poster a hard edge that makes the print look sharper. Silver suits darker walls, industrial and technical interiors, and stainless or aluminium fittings it will sit alongside. Pick one and stay with it across a building. Mixed finishes on the same corridor are the detail that makes a professional print run look like it was bought in three separate orders. The print itself is held under a clear anti-reflective film, so the poster stays protected from fingerprints while it is on display.

    Common questions

How does the poster go in?

The whole front panel lifts off magnetically, the poster goes onto the backing, the panel drops back on. There is no clip, hinge or fixing anywhere on the printed face.

    How is the frame mounted?

The frame body is stuck to the wall, so there is nothing to drill and nothing to make good if it is removed later. It suits plasterboard, painted walls and glass equally.

A3 or A4, black or silver?

A4 is a desk-height or door-side notice; A3 is a wall notice read from a few metres. Silver disappears against light walls, black frames the poster and reads as deliberate on a dark or busy wall.
