The FLEX CORTE SEG LED Counter is a portable promotional counter with a front-facing LED backlit graphic. It replaces the plain trade fair desk, and the reason to spend the difference is distance: a lit graphic is legible from across a hall, an unlit desk is legible when someone is already standing at it. The frame is anodised aluminium and the graphic is a silicone edge fabric that tensions into the profile, so the front reads as one continuous seamless panel with no visible fixings.
The construction is hinged. The counter opens with a single motion, with no tools and no separate parts to assemble or lose, and the complete set packs into a sturdy polyester transport bag. At 12 kg the whole thing is a one-person load. This matters most for teams doing frequent events: the difference between a counter that opens in seconds and one that needs an assembly sequence is measured in setup hours across a season, and in how tired the staff are before the first visitor arrives.
Get this right and the graphic looks like the visual you approved. Supply files at 1:1 scale, at a minimum of 150 dpi, in CMYK, with all fonts converted into curves. Accepted formats are TIFF, JPG and PDF. Two errors account for most reprints. The first is supplying RGB artwork and being surprised when saturated blues and greens shift on fabric. The second is leaving live text in the file, so a font that is not embedded is substituted somewhere in prepress and the layout moves. Convert type to curves before sending and neither can happen.
On a trade show stand, at a point of sale and in a showroom, where it competes for attention against everything around it. In a quiet, well-lit meeting room the illumination adds little. Judge it by whether the counter has to pull people in from a distance, or simply hold a laptop and a stack of leaflets.

Setup is one motion with no tools. If the counter goes out weekly, that is the difference between a two-person job and a one-person job.
So the counter is found from a distance. The backlit front graphic is what draws people across a hall; the surface itself is where the conversation happens.
12 kg. Heavier than a pop-up counter and lighter than a rigid one — the trade-off you accept for the lit face and the instant setup.
