The white folding chair is the workhorse. It stacks, it travels, and it is what you put out when people need to sit down for a talk, a tasting or a queue. Order more than the seating plan suggests — folding chairs are cheap to keep spare and awkward to find on the day. The white cocktail chair is the tall one. It matches high round tables and belongs at a standing reception, where seating is meant to be occasional rather than comfortable. Mixing the two heights at one table is the usual mistake: a standard chair at a high table leaves the guest level with the tabletop.
The wooden lounger comes as a set of four, or flat for self-assembly. Flat ships smaller and is the right call for a larger quantity going to a warehouse, where volume drives the cost. Assembled is the right call when the chairs go from the van straight onto the site and nobody has time with a spanner. The blocking element for wooden loungers is the spare part that always goes missing — order it with the chairs, not after. The aluminium lounger is lighter and weatherproof, so it is the one to choose if the seating stays outdoors between events rather than being packed away each time.
All of this is supplied plain. If the seat itself has to carry a graphic, printed deck chairs and printed foam seating are the products designed for it; branded covers and cushions are the other route. Decide early, because a stand full of unbranded white chairs photographs as a hired room, and that is the photograph that ends up in the campaign report.
