Stretch covers turn hired, scratched and mismatched furniture into one set. They are the cheapest line on an event order and the one that decides whether a room looks planned or borrowed, because a cover goes on in about ten seconds per table and hides the tabletop, the frame and the legs in a single colour.<\/p>\n

Match the code, not the centimetres<\/h2>\n

Each cover is cut for a specific table, and the code is what you order against. C80 is the high round cocktail table. E180 is the 180 cm banquet table. R122 and R183 are the round tables in two diameters. Cocktail chair covers do the same job for hired chairs. Measuring your table and guessing the nearest size is how people end up with a cover that either bags at the base or will not pull down over the top \u2014 a stretch cover only looks right on the shape it was cut for, so confirm the table code with whoever is supplying the furniture before ordering.<\/p>\n

Black or white?<\/h2>\n

Black disappears. It makes whatever stands on the table the subject, hides marks through a long event and is the safer choice for a bar, a tasting or an evening function. White reads as clean, photographs brighter and suits daytime conferences and product displays, but it shows every spill and every scuff mark from the moment the room opens. One practical constraint decides some rooms for you: the R183 cover is stocked in white only, so an all-black scheme cannot include the largest round table. Plan the colour around that rather than discovering it at the point of order.<\/p>\n

Ordering for a full room<\/h2>\n

Count positions, not tables in stock. Every table in the room needs a cover or the mismatch is more obvious than no covers at all, and cocktail chairs are counted individually. The covers are machine washable and pack flat, so they travel with the stand rather than with the furniture and can be reused across a season of events. Budget a small number of spares in each code; a cover that takes a drink in the first hour needs replacing before the photographs, not after.<\/p>\n
